On the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, 8.6 acres (3.5 hectares) of modern computerized greenhouses with climate control accommodate various succulent mother stock plants. Besides there are 2.5 acres of shade houses, 6.2 acres outside production and 30 acres of Aloe vera production at outgrowers. Under professional management, the horticultural company Oasis Young Plants Ltd. produces premium quality cuttings and young plants, which are shipped to destinations worldwide.
